What to do in case of a storm?Please be informed, in the event of a hurricane or storm, TMT Properties will not be responsible for securing any windows, doors or alike and does not take any liability for insuring the contents of your facility per your lease agreement. If you feel it necessary to secure your unit on your own, please be careful not to damage any frames or glass during the installation process. It is always a good idea to unplug all electronics and elevate off of the ground, move all objects away from windows and doors, and cover all valuables ahead of time. I can provide you with a more extensive list of hurricane safety tips upon request. Also, please be sure to bring any loose items inside that are directly outside of your unit (i.e. furniture, garbage cans, ash trays, etc). Please take note of any issues like damages or leaks that you may find during or after this storm.
